Public Safety
We are fortunate to have full staffing for our police dept. and hope to maintain that level of service.
Infrastructure
Our roads & infrastructure are in good shape. Tim will strive to ensure that our city will continue to plan for future growth.
Bridging the Valley
We are continuing to add grade separations at Barker and Trent. The Council is acquiring right of way & will break ground for the fully funded Trent and Pines project in 2024.
Budget
The city has had a balanced budget since its inception and will continue to maintain it.
Parks
Since my election to the council in 2019, we have doubled the size of our park lands and have a park in virtually every area of the city. Park improvements are taking place at Greenacres and Balfour Parks this year.
Homelessness
I am currently on a regional committee addressing this issue. During my tenure in office we have added a housing/homeless director with a dedicated police officer in the field on a daily basis. The city currently spends approximately 1.7 million dollars to address this issue. We are currently developing a plan to address this critical issue.
Small Business
Tim will continue to support the excellent reputation that our city has in making it possible for people to start up a business and maintain that business in our city.
